Three verifiable principles
Each principle maps to current public data, product behaviour or an explicit use limitation.
Identify the exact field
School name, date, event type, allocation participation and school identity are separate fields; one cannot substitute for another.
Verify publisher and cycle
Evidence must come from EDB, CHSC or the school's official source and clearly apply to the relevant year; search snippets and third-party articles cannot change a published field.
Keep uncertainty unpublished
If a source gives only a month, a prior-cycle arrangement or no support for an exact value, the field remains pending rather than receiving an inferred answer.
Correction standard
Published fields change only with evidence traceable to EDB, CHSC or an official school source. Third-party articles may help discover sources but cannot alone prove dates or participation status.
Evidence boundary
SSPA 2025/2027 is confirmed, while the full 2027 timetable and school lists await EDB publication. The 441 school pages currently use clearly dated official 2025/26 profiles.
