Language policy
Our school implements a “Triliteracy and Quadrilingualism Policy”. Each junior form student must choose either Japanese or Korean as their third language of study. The three literacies are Chinese, English, and either Japanese or Korean while the four lingualisms are Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and either Japanese or Korean. In junior form, the language of instruction is determined by class, while in senior form, it is determined by subject. Furthermore, our school places a strong emphasis on language learning that Chinese and English are taught in groups based on students' abilities to solidify their foundations and to achieve differentiated teaching effectively.
Facilities
Facilities to support student learning include 37 standard classrooms, as well as laboratories, computer rooms, design and technology rooms, music rooms, geography rooms, libraries, English corners, and a school history gallery that serve various teaching purposes. The school also provides space for activities like two covered playgrounds, basketball courts and a large school hall that can accommodate 800 people. In recent years, the school has been actively developing STEAM courses. In addition to the "Amazon STEAM Center" with the animal theme, this year it has renovated and promoted the "SPACE M" aviation technology program. It is equipped with a fully dynamic flight simulation system and six sets of simulation drivers which are widely used in civil aviation pilots' training. Through the school's curriculum, advanced aviation topics are presented to students to increase their awareness of the country's top technological developments.
