The school places strong emphasis on nurturing students’ proficiency in biliteracy and trilingualism (Chinese, English, and Putonghua). At both junior and senior secondary levels, some subjects in selected classes are taught in English. To further strengthen students’ competence in Chinese and English, the school offers after-school enhancement programmes and organises a wide range of activities, such as student sharing in English and Putonghua during morning assemblies, lunchtime activities in Chinese, English, and Putonghua, and Chinese and English Weeks. To create an immersive English learning environment, the school has established an English Corner and arranges for native-speaking English teachers to interact with students during breaks, thereby increasing opportunities for authentic English use.
