Language policy
Our school is devoted to fostering our students to be biliterate and trilingual. Mother-tongue is the medium of instruction. Our school meticulously create an English and Putonghua learning environment. Students are encouraged to communicate more often in English and Putonghua through a series of regular activities. We will strengthen the support for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students to learn Chinese and enhance the local students' ability of biliteracy and trilingualism through a range of inclusion activities.
Facilities
The main building on the school campus is six storeys high. Besides the classrooms, it is fully equipped with a tuck shop, canteen, library, AI Innovation Lab, Language Studio, laboratories, the Career and Life Planning Resource Centre, the Mind-calming Room, the Sports Science Room, professional basketball arcade machines, rock-climbing wall and the Wah Shan Garden. The school premises also comprise three playgrounds, a school hall, dancing room, the Wah Shan Stage and the Wah Shan Mini Theatre. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with new visual and audio facilities. The WiFi infrastructure of all the classrooms has been upgraded and smart boards have been installed. Students can conduct e-learning through mobile computing devices.
