Our school will accept discretionary places. Our school will participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System through central allocation stage (Applicable for admission to S.1 in September 2026 ).Criteria for S.1 Discretionary Places: Academic Performance 30%; Interview Performance 25%; Conduct 25%; ECA and Services 10%; Prizes & Awards 5% and Special talents 5%.

Use boundary: This can explain the prior cycle's published admission approach, but it cannot establish the 2027 application window, weightings or participation status.

Language policy

We emphasize a learning environment that values “biliteracy and trilingualism.” Through a variety of activities—such as implementing English Day, organizing theme-based English activities, encouraging English reading, establishing English Ambassadors, posting English word cards and famous quotes—we aim to increase students’ interest in English. To further strengthen students’ ability for self-directed English learning, the IMC has funded the establishment of a well-equipped English Learning Centre. Different subjects also provide extended learning opportunities in English to enhance students’ English proficiency. In Chinese, special attention is given to enhancing students’ writing and speaking skills. Putonghua has been incorporated into the formal curriculum, and a “Putonghua Day” is held to create more opportunities for students to practice the language.

Facilities

There are 27 classrooms. In addition, special rooms include I.T. Room, Lily Chow Multi-purpose Room, ELC (i.e. English Learning Centre), the library, laboratories, Art Room, Music Room, Needlework Room, SAC (i.e. Student Activity Room), Chuk Nogn Hong Activity Room, Gym Room, Parlour, Discipline Room, Guidance Room, Wong Ming Hong I.T. Corridor, Wong Ming Hong STEM Centre and Social Worker Room, etc. Split-type air-conditioners have been installed in all classrooms. Other facilities include broadband Internet, multimedia teaching equipment and more than 300 computers.
